Our rehabilitation program includes an initial assessment, biokinetic sessions and maintenance through our pilates system, designed to get you moving and healthy!

Initial Assessment

Biokineticists can help improve your quality of life, or your sporting performance, by providing you with a customised exercise health plan that addresses your specific needs. This is based on the outcome of a thorough individualised assessment.

 

Biokinetic Sessions

Biokinetic sessions apply scientifically based stretches and exercise, offering preventative treatment & rehabilitation to manage injuries & disease, and to do final phase rehabilitation following the onset of injury.

Biocore Pilates

Core conditioning exercise programs need to target all muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso to be effective. Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously, with a particular concentration on strengthening and stabilising the spine.

Pilates

Pilates as an exercise method has since developed to involve over 500 controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body.  Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with a particular concentration on strengthening and stabilising the spine and pelvis.  The focus is on quality of movement rather than quantity.

Our Biocore Pilates program is for everyone.
